"As K-12 classrooms go more high-tech, colleges get more virtual" Summary

This article is informing the reader on how school systems and college/universities are leaning more toward higher technology. In public and private school systems, the teachers as well as the students are gaining the privilege to implement tools such as iPad's and other apple products, and high-tech features in the class room. This gives the students the ability further their knowledge on any given subject with different tools and applications. For teachers, this makes their job a little less stressful. With Smart-Boards or Promethean Boards teachers are able to take their work and display it to the class without the hassle of printing and copying for 100+ students. In the college aspect, many universities are now able to broadcast classes and even some degrees for free. While this will not be a rapid change for universities, it is may be more sensible for the "non-traditional students" or adult learners.
